In 2006 we carefully selected and acquired land in St. Lucia in a prime location offering all the beauty of island life without the hustle and bustle associated with the tourist areas. Set on a hillside, Ashville Heights boasts sweeping ocean views and vistas of the lush greenery that make St. Lucia a truly unique island.

We have designed a clean, contemporary and luxury development that shies away from the traditional Caribbean property trend of plantation style houses and wooden structures. The development offers smooth rendering, clean lines and a design aesthetic that is usually seen in Europe.
